A strategic initiative in the Capital RegionThe hospital units in the region must work systematically with innovation. Accordingly, the Healthcare Innovation Centre is a strategic initiative that focuses on user-driven and employee-driven innovation in which the hospitals of the Capital Region of Denmark have established a joint organisational unit to expand and disseminate work in progress at the Region’s 14 hospital units.
FundingThe Healthcare Innovation Centre is funded by the Capital Region of Denmark Growth Forum as well as the hospitals of the Capital Region, and during its three-year start-up phase, it has a budget framework of DKK 10 million.
