Answers to inquiries and secure email

​​The Capital Region of Denmark strives to answer all inquiries as correctly and promptly as possible.

​​​​​All of our case officers follow their cases through to completion and citizens with inquiries that cannot be responded to right away are informed of when an answer can be given.

Inquiries by non-secure email​​

Pursuant to the Act on Processing of Personal Data, if a citizen submits an inquiry by non-secure email, and if the Capital Region of Denmark's answer to that inquiry includes personal information, e.g. health information, the Capital Region of Denmark must not reply to the email in question. The reply will therefore be by letter.

Inquiries from foreign countries which contain personal information, please contact us by letter or contact the department for further information on which digital solution they use.
