All of our case officers follow their cases through to completion and citizens with inquiries that cannot be responded to right away are informed of when an answer can be given.
Inquiries by non-secure email
Pursuant to the Act on Processing of Personal Data, if a citizen submits an inquiry by non-secure email, and if the Capital Region of Denmark's answer to that inquiry includes personal information, e.g. health information, the Capital Region of Denmark must not reply to the email in question. The reply will therefore be by letter.
Secure email, citizens
You can safely contact the Capital Region of Denmark by visiting www.borger.dk and signing in using your NemID.
Choose: Mail – Address book - Regions.
Secure email, others
You can also send a secure email if you are not making an inquiry as a private person. You will have to install the Capital Region of Denmark's signature certificate in your mail program.
