Small and medium-sized enterprises are geared to receive labour from abroad. International researchers and their partners are given a job and competence boost. HR tools are developed and disseminated, networks are extended, and overall knowledge about talent is increased.
The Capital Region of Denmark’s activities are carried out by HR & Training and focus on:
- retaining foreign researchers through career development
- professionalising the HR functions
HR & Training carries out activities together with and for the hospitals and in collaboration with the partners in Copenhagen Talent Bridge. We will gladly make contact with partners and other parties who support the residency and employment of foreign researchers.
