Inquiries by non-secure email
Pursuant to the Act on Processing of Personal Data, if a citizen submits an inquiry by non-secure email, and if the Capital Region of Denmark's answer to that inquiry includes personal information, e.g. health information, the Capital Region of Denmark must not reply to the email in question. The reply will therefore be by letter.
