Governance

​Information about the governance of the LightCOM project.

LightCOM is governed by a Project Management Group (PMG) and a Management Team, supported by a Project Steering Committee (PSC) and an Advisory Board (AB).

The Management Team is responsible for the day-to-day management of the project. The team consists of Chief Investigator Carsten Dirksen and Project Manager Camilla Verdich, who is responsible for the administrative aspects of LIghtCOM. The team is situated at the Department of Medicine, Copenhagen University Hospital - Amager and Hvidovre.

The Project Management Group (PMG)

The PMG consists of the leaders of the eight Work Packages in LightCOM. The PMG has overall operational responsibility for the conduct of the LightCOM project. Chief Investigator Carsten Dirksen leads the PMG.​

The Project Steering Committee (PSC)
The PSC provides overall strategic supervision of the LightCOM project and its progress, and advises the Project Management Group in strategic decisions related to the organisation and conduct of the project.
