Who are we?

The AFTERHERNIA Project is a comprehensive research initiative designed to shift the focus from traditional clinical outcomes to patient-centered metrics in the evaluation of hernia surgeries. The project is led by a team of surgeons and researchers based at the Department of Gastrointestinal Diseases, Surgical Division, at Herlev Hospital in Copenhagen, Denmark.
