How to get counselling
- Call +45 1813 if you have been to Field's and need professional crisis aid or are a relative and need crisis aid
- A location has been established where the Capital Region of Denmark's Psychiatry provides crisis aid. The emergency services consist of psychiatrists, psychologists and nurses as well as police officers who will be recording testimonies. The address is: Amagerhallen on Løjtegårdsvej 64 in Kastrup. It is open every day at 12.00-20.00
- For relatives or people who have been to Field's, the Capital Region of Denmark has set up an emergency telephone +45 3864 3736
- The victim counselling service offers help to victims, witnesses, and relatives who have been exposed to crime and accidents. The victim counselling service is open 24 hours a day and can be contacted by telephone at +45 2120 9170
- Børnetelefonen is open 24 hours a day for children and young people who need to talk to someone - you can text or call +45 116 111. You can also click here to chat with Børnetelefonen
- On the Red Cross' helpline, psychologists are ready to help on telephone number +45 3529 9660. The helpline is open from 9:00-15:00.
- The Psychiatric Foundation offers free and anonymous counselling by telephone +45 3925 2525
