Exercise and Cancer UCSF is home of the two intervention programmes "Body and Cancer" and "EXHALE". Since 2001, research has been conducted on supervised physical training, structured specialised nursing counselling and other interdisciplinary interventions in relation to cancer. The research focuses on how patients with cancer can increase their physical capacity, improve their well-being, and reduce their disease- and treatment-related symptoms and side effects during supervised exercise programmes. The projects are led by: Christian Lillelund, Christina Andersen, Kira Bloomquist and Morten Quist. Examples: Page Content Last updated: 16.
