BIO
Jonas Eiberg’ research at CAMES focuses on simulation-based education in vascular surgery with a special focus on assessment, learning curves, massed and distributed learning in procedures such as aortic aneurysm repair and endovascular treatment in peripheral arterial desease.
With his research, course activities and clinical position in the field of vascular surgery, Jonas’ ambition is to bring CAMES closer to the clinic. He plans to do further research within medical education in general, specifically training various professional groups in procedures such as basic endovascular skills. Additionally, he aims to include more simulation-based training in the Danish training curriculum in vascular surgery as well a developing training programs in more advanced vascular surgical skills.
